How is my package shipped? 📦
The package can be expected to be delivered within 2-5 working days. We send goods to your nearest post office, or directly to your mailbox.
Price for shipments is NOK 49 / NOK 69.

Unclaimed shipments (parcels that are not picked up at the post office after notification of this) must be paid for by the buyer. NOK 149 is deducted from the purchase for fees and shipping.

Exchanging items is free. You will then be sent new items for free, and the return of those you are returning is also free!

To exchange items, contact us at support@vikiin.com. If you want to change the size, we can arrange it at support. If you want to exchange for other items, you place a new order and let us know by email that you want to exchange. You will receive a return label sent by email, which you print out and stick on the return package.

Return of goods must be covered by the customer. If you wish to return goods, without exchanging, a return amount of NOK 79 follows. This is deducted from the amount of the goods you wish to return. Send us an email at support@vikiin.com for more information about exchanges and returns. You will be sent a return label by mail, which must be printed and glued to the package.

We have a 14-day return and exchange period, valid from the day you pick up the package at the post office or receive it in the mailbox. The package must therefore be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.

The product must be returned in original product bags and other items belonging to the garment. If you do not send the item in the original zip bag with all tags attached, the return is not approved. The item may not be used, have deodorant marks, stains or other things that indicate that the garment has been used. The spring must be packed neatly in its original packaging so that it still appears as new when we receive the return/exchange.

We process returns as quickly as possible. It can take 2-3 weeks from the time you deliver the package by post until the money is refunded, due to varying shipping times as well as public holidays and vacations.

Complaint
Inquiries regarding complaints/damaged goods must be sent by email to support@vikiin.com together with documentation and a description of the goods. We will then take the matter up for consideration.
